As regards loan works, say that the

S. of S. approves the inclusion of the additional

Tytam Tuk catchwaters in the list of works

chargeable to loan, and agrees to their being

charged for the time being to surplus balances.

Say it is assumed that the advisability of

eventually charging the new gaol to surplus balances

instead of the loan, to whichreference was made

in paragraph 7 of our despatch, No. 48 of the 15th

of February, 1932 ( (15) on 82850/31) will not be

overlooked.
